This page describes what happens to information you share with Timber Tales through these websites.

Information you provide

The quote flow asks for your name, phone number, optional email, city, property type, site readiness, selected rooms and scope. The contact form may also include a project message. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry.

How an enquiry is sent

The public quote and contact forms prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. They do not automatically create a Studio Desk client record. Information reaches Timber Tales when you choose to send the message in WhatsApp. Email links open your mail service, where you decide whether to send the message.

How information is used

Information sent to the studio is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss project requirements, prepare a proposal and communicate about an agreed project. The protected Studio Desk may hold client and quotation records created by authorized staff.

Service providers

WhatsApp or your email provider processes messages you choose to send under its own policy. The sites use hosting and database/authentication services to serve the site and operate the protected workspace. Technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, may be processed by those providers for delivery and security.

Retention and requests

Project and enquiry information may be kept for the period needed to handle the enquiry, maintain project records or meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by the studio, email studio@timbertales.co.in.
