Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how the Timber Tales websites and enquiry tools may be used.
Website information
The websites show design ideas, service information, material references and project information for general guidance. Images labelled as references are illustrative and are not a promise that a particular result, material or product will be supplied.
Quote requests
Submitting a form or opening a prefilled WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not an order or a binding quotation. A final scope, price, payment schedule and timeline depend on site measurements, design decisions, material availability and a separately agreed written proposal or contract.
Third-party content and links
Some images, brands and links come from third parties. Their products and services are governed by their own terms. Do not copy or reuse website text, images or branding without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the information current, but may update services, content and these terms. If a page appears inaccurate, contact the studio before relying on it for a project decision.
